Online and in-boutique returns

Purchased items may be returned within 5 days of delivery of the order by contacting us at info@antonioarnesano.it or by telephone at +39 0832 733 479.

Items must be returned in their original box and in perfect condition, with accessories and tags intact.

Returns or exchanges cannot be made for personalized and custom-made items.

Before requesting a return, please make sure that the products comply with our return conditions. Further information is available in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Refund times

Returned items, before being accepted, will be subject to an inspection that may take up to 5 working days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase and in the same currency.

The actual refund crediting times will depend on the different banking procedures.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 52 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Italian Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without any penalty and without the need to specify the reason, within 5 days from the day of receipt of the order.

Should the Buyer decide to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify the Seller in writing and wait for the relevant instructions.

To be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the item must be returned intact, unused, unworn and with the same label or tag with which it was received.

The only costs payable by the Buyer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the costs incurred for returning the item to the Supplier.

For this purpose, please note that fine leather products delivered outside Italian territory may only be returned if accompanied by the “CITES” certificate issued by the competent authority.

Buyers who need to return this type of merchandise are advised to consult the competent authorities before shipping.

Goods not properly returned through customs will be refused and not refunded.

The Supplier will refund the amount due, including the cost of the product and the original shipping costs, within 5 days of receiving the goods, provided that the goods have been returned in their original condition and have not been worn.

The Supplier must also be informed of the tracking number with which the goods will be monitored during the return journey.

If the products returned by the Customer are damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, dirty or in any condition that clearly indicates they have been used, compromising their substantial integrity, they will not be refunded.
